General Terms

“NOSCAM Initiative” means the Binary Options trading project aimed at people of middle and low income class.

“NOSCAM Server” means the trading platform that invests capital in order to generate profits from the Forex market.

“NOSCAM Trader” means the signal provision service.

“NOSCAM Investor” means the retail investment fund service.

“Client” means the customer "Rabb Ul Maal" who will deposit money with the NOSCAM Investor program "Mudarib" for the purpose of making profit based on the Islamic Un-Restricted Mudarbah rite.

"PAYDAY Timer" means the 720 hours of operation where 504 hours are reserved for the trading session and 216 hours are reserved for emergency trading or extraction of profits from IQ Option by the accounting team.

General Rules

This document is created in accordance with the rules of international law and business practice. NOSCAM Investor accepts individuals aged 18. The registration procedure is necessary for each NOSCAM Investor client. You agree with terms and conditions by being a client of NOSCAM Investor.

Investment Rules

Every deposit is considered to be a private transaction between NOSCAM Investor and its client. Clients process all financial transactions solely at their own discretion and their own risk. Client may pay through the given PayPal processor that is available on the website in order to make a deposit, credit/debit cards included. NOSCAM accepts only USD for investing. Client is allowed only one investment package at a time with possibility of cancellation of active package with deduction of dividends from principal amount of the active plan. Client is not allowed to process withdrawals during an active percent-based investment package. The NOSCAM Server operates on the IQ Option broker/platform and the capital is at the legal discretion of the broker. Accrual of client's profit on the NOSCAM Server profits is calculated according to the Daily Percentage Share as agreed upon purchase of the investment plan and credited to Client's account on daily basis.  Trading session of the NOSCAM service begins with the start of the PAYDAY timer and ends upon the completion of 504 hours of the PAYDAY timer. The daily income limits of the NOSCAM Server are from -$200 to +$200 regardless of the NOSCAM Server trading results. The Client understands that the profit rate depends on the trading session of the NOSCAM Server with the possibility losing 100% of their investment that will be due to the losses of trading session of the NOSCAM Server. Client also understands that the losses during the trading sessions do not necessarily indicate that he/she has lost money until the end of trading session or the PAYDAY Timer as announced by the service. Client can monitor the performance of the NOSCAM trading platform to calculate his/her income. Client understands that his/her principal investment is non refundable in case of losses.

Deposit: 2.1% per transaction

Withdraw: 7.9% per transaction

Antispam Rules

Spam is commercial e-mail or unsolicited bulk e-mail, including "junk mail", which has not been requested by the recipient. It is intrusive and often irrelevant or offensive, and it wastes valuable resources. Inappropriate newsgroup activities, consisting of excessive posting of the same materials to several newsgroups, are also deemed to be spam. We don't tolerate SPAM in our company. We forbid unsolicited e-mails of any kind in connection with the marketing of the services provided by NOSCAM Investor. If any law enforcement agency, internet provider, web hosting provider or other person or entity provide us with notice that you may have engaged in transmission of unsolicited e-mails or may have engaged in otherwise unlawful conduct or conduct in violation of an internet service provider's terms of service or any such policies or regulations, we will reserve the right to cooperate in any investigation relating to your activities including disclosure of your account information. If you didn't receive a letter from NOSCAM Investor, please don't forget to check your Spam folder because some email services may mark our email as Spam.

Procedure of amending the present rules

Administration of NOSCAM Investor reserves the right to make changes to the current document without the consent of the Clients. Administration of NOSCAM Investor will inform the Clients about changes by publishing on the site of the company. Terms and Conditions changes come into force since the date of publishing information on the site, unless otherwise provided in the text.

Customer service & support

Every client has the right to get any additional information from our support service. Client may contact our support service via our Support Form or another method which is convenient for him/her such as the NOSCAM Support Groups. Client agrees to behave politely with our support service/community and follow the instructions to prevent anyone from potentially negative situation.
